We are experts in cabinets, flooring, framing, concrete, roofing, siding, doors, windows, insulation, sheetrock, and painting, etc. In the home pictured above, we replaced the roof. The windows were replaced with a higher efficiency window that was black vinyl. This tremendously improved the heating and cooling in the home. The kitchen cabinets were replaced. We installed new subflooring through half the home to level the area where we were going to install new LVP. Then, all the flooring in the entire home was replaced (carpet and LVP). The interior doors were replaced at the end of the job, as they were damaged from years of use.
Also, we installed new quartz countertops with new ceramic tile backsplash in the kitchen with a bonus quarts countertop windowsill above the sink. We installed new LED lighting in the kitchen and the new dining room. The lighting was so bright we had to put dimmers on each of the circuits. We painted throughout the kitchen, dining room and living room. Finally, we adjusted all the cabinet doors and cleaned the entire home for the owners.
